Tickets

Sales

Tickets to Andermatt Music events may be ordered online at www.andermattmusic.ch. The purchase agreement between Andermatt Swiss Alps AG (the “Promoter”) and the customer takes effect when the customer clicks the button which confirms their purchase. The Promoter is authorised to engage a third party (the “Contractor”) who can administer the website, the sale of tickets and the handling of its events. The Promoter reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per customer and to refuse admission to any of its events.

Fees

In addition to the published prices for tickets and products, processing fees are also charged.

Payment

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard.

Delivery

E-tickets will be checked at the control entry point of the event venue. Copying or modifying tickets is prohibited.

Age Restrictions

Children under the age of 16 must have their own ticket and must be seated next to an accompanying adult. Customers who wish to attend with children under the age of 6 should please contact the Promoter prior to booking tickets.

Wheelchair Spaces

Wheelchair spaces are available in the Andermatt Concert Hall. These spaces may be reserved only by e-mailing info@andermattmusic.ch. There is no guarantee that the person accompanying the wheelchair user can be assigned a seat in the same price category or in the vicinity. There is no guarantee of wheelchair spaces in other venues.

Return and Resale of Tickets

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable; customers are not permitted to re-sell them. In the case of sold-out events, the Promoter may accept tickets for resale subject to a commission charged by the Promoter and provided the customer provides them with at least 24 hours notice. Any costs incurred by the Promoter of paying any resale amount, which shall only be paid if the tickets are resold, shall be borne by the recipient of the funds. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for the resale of returned tickets.

Price Reduction

The Promoter reserves the right to apply discounts. In such instances, personal identification and proof of age must be presented, when applicable, by customers at the requisite control entry point of the event venue.

Seating

The Promoter reserves the right to change the seating plan. This may be in the event of, including but not limited to, concert broadcasts or recordings. The Promoter may allocate other seats, of either equal or better value, to customers if, for example, the reserved seat is no longer available due to such changes or if enjoyment of the performance from this seat will be significantly impaired.

Latecomers

Out of respect for the performers and the audience, latecomers will only be admitted during the interval or, at the discretion of the Promoter and the venue staff, a suitable break in the performance. Some events may be performed without an interval.

Video and Audio Recordings

Customers

Customers are strictly prohibited from making any kind of video and/or audio recordings at all Andermatt Music events.

The Promoter

The Promoter may take photographs or and/or record performances for audio or visual media. The customer agrees that the Promoter and/or authorised third parties may also use photographs and/or recordings in which their person can be recognised if necessary.

Devices with audible signals

Any device with an audible signal (mobile phones, watches, etc.) must be switched off during all performances.

House rules

Customers whose behaviour causes disturbance may be dismissed from the event by the venue team or security staff.

Programme Alterations and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to make any alterations to the cast (status 1.6.2023) and the programme as well as the date, time and location of events. Such changes do not entitle ticketholders to reimbursement of the ticket purchase price. In cases when the event must be postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel events, be that on short notice or otherwise. In this case, the purchase price shown on the ticket, excluding any processing fees, will be refunded to the customer in full. Any additional claims for liability are excluded. Unless stated otherwise, claims for reimbursement may be made no later than 10 days after the date of the event.

Data protection and privacy

The customer agrees that the personal information they supply when making a purchase can be processed by the Promoter and/or the Contractor and used for promotional purposes. Neither the Promoter nor the Contractor trades customer information under any circumstances.

Liability

For damages suffered by a customer during a visit to an Andermatt Music event, the Promoter is liable only in cases of gross negligence or intentional violation of its contractual obligations. Liability for damages caused by a defective product and/or lost profit is excluded.

COVID-19

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the related legislation enacted by the authorities, the Promoter is obliged to introduce safety measures in accordance with the relevant regulations and to implement them according to their stipulations. All customers are obliged to follow to these
measures.

By booking and receving a ticket, customers undertake to comply fully with the laws enacted by the authorities and the safety measures introduced by the Promoter.

Customers acknowledge that access to all Andermatt Music events is only granted upon presentation of a valid Covid-19 certificate. If a customer does not present a valid Covid-19 certificate on the day of their booked event, they will be refused entry. In this event, the customer will not be entitled to a refund. Those under the age of 16 are exempt from the requirement of a
Covid-19 certificate.

The Promoter may be obliged to collect the contact details of each person either directly when purchasing the ticket, in advance using a separate form or by other means. The data will be stored for 14 days. Exchanging tickets or giving them to third parties without informing the Promoter in advance is not permitted and the seat booked must be strictly adhered to.

Prior to attending an Andermatt Music event, all customers are required check the [Andermatt Swiss Alps website](https://www.andermatt-swissalps.ch/en/covid-19-measures/) for information on the Covid-19 safety measures that are in place as on the relevant date. These measures will continue to be reviewed and updated in accordance with both local and national guidelines. The measures as published on the day of an event apply. Customers who do not abide by the protocol will not be granted access to the event in
question and will not be refunded.

Customers attend Andermatt Music events at their own risk. The Promoter does not accept any liability in the event of a possible infection or Covid-19 illness that could be linked in any way to an Andermatt Music event.

Changes to the terms & conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to adjust and amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to Swiss law and the exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes in connection with the Promoter’s sale of Andermatt Music tickets and handling of Andermatt Music events is the canton of Uri, Switzerland.
