Ticket office and admission
The evening ticket office opens 1 hour before the start of the concert, admission to the concert hall is 30 minutes before the start of the concert.
Subscriptions
A subscription for ANDERMATT MUSIC gives you direct access to regular classical events in Switzerland’s highest-lying concert hall, and means you don’t have to miss any highlights.
Subscriptions are also available for young people. Those aged up to 25 get a discount of 50% on every subscription. Please include a copy of a relevant ID document when making your order.
If you cannot use your subscription ticket, you can deposit it with ANDERMATT MUSIC, and we will sell your ticket for you as soon as no other seats are available for sale. However, ANDERMATT MUSIC cannot guarantee that your ticket will be sold and that you will receive a refund. The commission fee for each such ticket sold by us will be CHF 10.

We reserve the right to make changes to our concert programmes and to the artists engaged if this becomes unavoidable. You can find comprehensive information about our concerts on our website.

Andermatt Concert Hall
The Andermatt Concert Hall is situated in the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen Andermatt, in the village’s new suburb ‘Reuss’. Access to the Concert Hall can be gained via the entrances to the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. Please follow the signs in the inside of the building. ANDERMATT MUSIC
ANDERMATT MUSIC is the classical concert organiser of the Gotthard region, bringing music to the highest-lying concert venue in Switzerland, the Andermatt Concert Hall. Getting there
As a rule, trains from Basel, Lucerne, Zurich, Zug and Bellinzona stop every hour in Göschenen. From there, you have a direct link to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn that will get you to Andermatt in about ten minutes. You can find the relevant railway timetable on the website of the Swiss Federal Railways.
The Andermatt Train Station lies just five to ten minutes’ walk from the Andermatt Concert Hall. Please follow the signs to the Andermatt Concert Hall.
If you attend one of our concerts that begin at 7.30 pm, you can use our free shuttle service to get to the Göschenen Station afterwards. We kindly ask you to go to the shuttle immediately after the performance so that the connecting trains in Göschenen can be reached. The shuttle will be waiting in front of the main entrance of the Radisson Blu Hotel Reussen. It’s also useful to know that the world-famous Glacier Express also stops at Andermatt several times a day, on its way to either St. Moritz or Zermatt.
Andermatt has excellent connections to both the national and international road network. You can reach Andermatt from the North-South Motorway (A2) in just ten minutes. When you reach the Northern Roundabout at the entrance to the village, please take the first exit and follow the signs to the car park in Andermatt Reuss.
The average journey times to Andermatt are as follows from these cities:
Lucerne – Andermatt: 1 hour
Zurich – Andermatt: 1.5 hours
Lugano – Andermatt: 1.5 hours
Milan – Andermatt: 3 hours
Munich – Andermatt: 4.5 hours.
You can park your car in the Andermatt Reuss Car Park, Bielstrasse 12, 6490 Andermatt.
Andermatt lies within easy reach of the following airports: Zurich (1.5 hours), Basel (2 hours 20 minutes), Milan (3 hours) and the Buochs private airport (45 minutes).

Barrier-free access
The Andermatt Concert Hall offers barrier-free access. You can order wheelchair tickets by e mail: info@andermattmusic.ch or by calling Customer Services on +41 41 888 15 88.
We recommend the seats in the balcony for people with reduced mobility. As a rule, we do not use tiered seating for chamber music or for concerts with new folk music; all seats are fully accessible at these concerts. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@andermattmusic.ch.
The Andermatt Concert Hall has an inductive hearing system. If you want to book appropriate seats, please contact us at info@andermattmusic.ch.
Experience Package

Childcare during the concerts
ANDERMATT MUSIC offers a childcare service: Parents can bring children from the age of four upwards, and we will take care of them for the duration of the concert. This service will be provided right next to the concert hall. Please notify us at least five days in advance of the concert you wish to attend. You can write to us at info@andermattmusic.ch.
Tickets & Discounts
Tickets are available for all concerts of ANDERMATT MUSIC at andermattmusic.ch/tickets, and from all Ticketcorner sales points across Switzerland. Our ticket offices in Andermatt can be found here.
Discount: Children, students and trainees (up to 30 years) receive 50% on all tickets from ANDERMATT MUSIC (not cumulative with other discounts).
Late arrivals
Those arriving late will be admitted into the concert only during the applause between works, and according to the directions of the Concert Hall personnel.

Corona protection concept
As a rule, access to indoor events by persons aged 16 and older is restricted to individuals with a value Covid certificate (“2G” – those who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from it). To enter ANDERMATT MUSIC events, you will need a certificate of vaccination or recovery that is recognised in Switzerland for this purpose (known as “2G”).
Doors open 1 hour before the event begins. We ask that you arrive well in advance, since it takes longer than usual to check certificates and tickets. You will first pass through the Covid certificate checkpoint. Please have your Covid certificate and an identity document ready for presentation. Your concert ticket will then be checked directly in front of the Andermatt Concert Hall. Tickets are scanned contactlessly.
