Martin Suter was born in Zurich in 1948. His novels (including Melody and The Last Weynfeldt) and his Business Class stories have also achieved huge international success. Since 2011, his gentleman crook Allmen has been solving cases in his own series of thrillers, with seven volumes currently available. In 2022, André Schäfer’s feature film Everything about Martin Suter. Everything but the Truth premiered at the Locarno Film Festival. He lives with his daughter in Zurich.
